Compact-shipping, bolt-together container hotel accommodation for workforce camps, roadside motels, and rapid-deployment hospitality projects.
GS Housing’s flat-pack modular system offers factory-built quality in a logistics-friendly package for contractors and distributors who need cost-effective, transport-efficient, and quickly deployable hotel units. You can reduce shipping volume up to 70% without sacrificing durability or occupant comfort.
All wall panels, roof sections, floor systems & bathroom pods are packed into 40HQ shipping containers. This reduces freight costs by 60-70% against volumetric modules, a key advantage for overseas projects.
Units bolt together with simple connections. No skilled labor, no welding. A standard modular hotel room unit can be set up in a day by four or five workers with hand tools.
Designed for frequent assembly and disassembly. Re-deploy prefab hotel units from one jobsite to another, or repurpose units as project needs evolve.

Q: What is the foundation of the container hotel construction?
A. Plain concrete base plates or strip footings. We have foundation drawings for the soils that are on your lot.
Q. Can container hotel units be linked side by side to form larger suites?
A: Yes. Tear down interior walls to create double rooms, family suites or common areas.
Q: Do the pre-fab hotel rooms have a water-proof roof?
A: Mhmm. All seams are sealed with rubber gaskets and sealant. Roof panels are pitched at 5 degrees for drainage with optional gutter systems available.
Q: What should I do with greywater and sewage?
A: The bathroom in the modular unit is pre-plumbed with standard connections. You can tie into a site septic tank, holding tank, or city sewer line.
Q: Can I get a hotel sample unit before a big order?
A: Yeah. We are happy to offer sample shipment and factory inspection. Contractors and distributors are invited to come to our plant.
Q: How long does it take to order a 100-unit container hotel room?
A: Usually 7-15 days after deposit and approval of final drawings. We do have rush project options available.
GS Housing provides the convenience of a true one-stop turnkey solution, including design, manufacturing, logistics, and on-site installation guidance, relieving the client of the burden of extensive coordination and saving them significant time and effort.
With six factories in China, we have an extensive network and an annual production capacity of over 3.6 million square meters, exporting to over 70 countries. We have successfully delivered many large-scale projects, including a camp for hundreds of thousands of people, and have reliable and timely deliveries.
Our flexible and varied product range has three main categories: prefabricated containers, folding containers, and modular buildings. This meets various needs, including temporary camps and boutique hotels and permanent high-rise buildings, each with excellent value.
Meanwhile, we shorten the construction time by 30%-60% compared with traditional construction methods, by the prefabrication in the factory and preparation on site, which can effectively mitigate the fluctuation of on-site manpower, weather delay, and material waste and ensure cost control and greatly reduce the overall project risk.
