We are very pleasure to cooperate with IMIP to participatd in the temportary building of one mining project, which locates in (Qingshan) Industrial Park, Indonesia.
Qingshan Industry Park locates in Morawari County, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, which covers an area of more than 2000 hectares. The industry park development owners is Indonesia Qingshan Park Development Co., LTD. (IMIP), and mainly to undertake land purchases, land leveling, the infrastructure construction of road, port..., the park administration, social management, campus security and environmental protection etc. function.
A 30,000 ton wharf, eight 5,000 ton berths and 100,000 ton wharves have been built. The sea, land and air passageways and facilities for entering and leaving the park are ready. The total power generation capacity of the park is about 766,000kW (766MW). It has built a 20 cubic meter oxygen generating station, five 1000KL oil depots, a 5000 square meter machine repair workshop, a water plant with a daily water supply of 125,000 tons, 4 office buildings, 2 mosques, a clinic and more than 70 houses of various kinds building: expert apartments, staff dormitories and engineering construction personnel dormitories.
The mining camp consists of 1605 sets flat packed container houses, prefab houses, detachable houses, include 1095 sets 6055*2990*2896 mm ( 3 meter width )standard container houses, 3 sets 3 meter (width) guard modular houses, 428 sets 2.4 meter (width) shower houses, male toilet houses, female toilet houses, male & female toilet houses, male bath rooms, female bath rooms, water closet houses, and 3 meter (width) shower houses, male toilet houses, female toilet houses, male & female toilet houses, male bath rooms, female bath rooms, water closet houses, 38 sets stair kind flat packed container houses and 41 sets walkway container houses.
The 1605 sets container houses that uses on the mining camp accommodation were shipped into two batch, the first batch (524 sets) flat packed container houses were produced in our Jiangsu factory and shipped from Shanghai port. After Indionesia cusomter received the first batch goods and checked the quality, they continued to book the second batch from us: 1081 sets flat packed container house, and the 1081 sets modular houses were deliveried to our customer on time.
The mining camp is belong to the big temporary building, in order to avoid the installation issues, we also discussed with customer to ditpach a professionl installation supervisor from our company to indonesia, and help them to deal the installation issues.
Now the project will be finished, thanks for the help of Indonesia local friends and China cooperate company, wish we have a closer relationship in the future. Meantime, hope the development of (Qingshan) Industrial Park, Indonesia will be better and better.
