Retrospect top 10 highlights of 2021 in GS Housing Group
1. Hainan GS Housing Co.,Ltd. was established in 1st,Jan. 2021. as well as set up Haikou and Sanya offices.
2. Xingtai isolation modular hospital-1000 sets flat packed container houses were build up within 2 days and night.
3. The office of GS housing group was moved to the new location - near Tuqiao subway station. That’s more convience for customer visiting.
4. Set up the special reception center for business negotiations in Xiongan ( the important development city of China in recent 20 years).
5. The Foshan production base was moved to the new factory which covered an area of 10000 square meters with the annual production capacity of 50000 sets modular houses, at present, it’s the biggest container house factory in south of China.
6. Sichuan GS Housing Co.,Ltd. was established in 16th,Dec. 2021. The modular house factory (in Ziyang, Sichuan) is on building and will be on operation in the year of 2023.
The Sichuan factory will be more helpful for us to open the market along one belt & road countries through China railway express.
7. Helped GOV. set up 7 modular house kind isolation hospitals,include Huoshenshan, Leishenshan, Foshan, Shenzhen, Macao, Xingtai, Shaoxing.
8. In order to complete the commercial layout of GS housing in China,Hubei GS Housing Co.,Ltd. arised at the historic moment. As well as set up the offices in Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Zhengzhou.
9. With the complete of commercial layout, the supporting services were set up in Southeast, Southwest, Northeast,North(with international supporting service) and South of China too, In the future, we’ll response customer and arrive the project site within 12 hours.
10. The leaders of GS Housing were went to Xizang to see the first line workers who worked in there more than 2 months.
