On September 21st, 2023, the Foshan Municipal Government leaders of Guangdong Province visited GS housing company and had a comprehensive understanding of GS housing operations and factory operations.
The inspection team came to the GS Housing’s conference room fristly and had a detailed understanding of the company's current operating model, organizational structure, digital operations of the factory, and GS housing’s future plans.
The Guangdong Company of GS housing Group is a "National High-tech Enterprise","Specialized and New Small and Medium Enterprises","Caring Enterprise","a demonstration factory of digital intelligent management (MIC) in Guangdong. The factory has introduced digital collaborative production of eco-friendly prefabricated buildings, changing the past reliance on manual recording and statistics. It can more accurately improve production efficiency and save production costs, achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction. Through the construction of digital workshops, managers can "see, speak clearly, and do it right", achieving an agile and efficient production process.
After the meeting, the team came to workshop for an on-site visit. GS housing factory adopts the 5S management model and fully implements the five management directions of "SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO,SEIKETSU,SHITSUKE” to comprehensively enhance the external and internal image of each operation area and make factory management more efficient.
Through the introduction of the 5S management model, this fully automatic wall panel production line with a total length of 140 meters and main unit length of 24 meters can automatically complete plate cutting, profiling, punching, stacking and S-shaped curling, truly achieving comprehensive automatic panel production. It not only has high efficiency and low error rate, but also reduces manpower and material resources, greatly saving production costs.
