Chile container office camp project

The primary purpose of this temporary site construction project is to support the Chilean "Coquimbo Hospital" project, which was awarded to China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC).

The "Coquimbo Hospital" project is constructing a highly complex hospital to replace the existing Hospital San Pablo de Coquimbo. This will make the area a modern medical hub. The main hospital building is very big and has about 600 beds. It serves a population of more than 700,000 people.

While the main building was being built, GS Housing's modular construction house gave the construction workers places to sleep, container offices, a modular canteen, and modular conference rooms.

Because of the risk of earthquakes and tsunamis in Chile, this worker camp project had to focus on seismic resistance, foundation treatment, and modular connections.

1. The connections between seismic nodes and modules should meet Chilean standards for high seismic intensity.

2. Hoisting, building foundations, and waterproofing on site, as well as treatment that makes things less likely to rust.
