The mining camp consists of 1605 sets flat packed container houses, prefab houses, detachable houses, include 1095 sets 6055*2990*2896 mm ( 3 meter width ) standard multi functional flat packed container houses, 3 sets 3 meter (width) guard modular houses, 428 sets 2.4 meter (width) shower houses, male toilet houses, female toilet houses, male & female toilet houses, male bath rooms, female bath rooms, water closet houses, and 3 meter (width) shower houses, male toilet houses, female toilet houses, male & female toilet houses, male bath rooms, female bath rooms, water closet houses, 38 sets stair kind flat packed container houses and 41 sets walkway container houses.

The mining camp were shipped into two batch, the first batch (524 sets) flat packed container houses. After Indionesia cusomter received the first batch container houses and checked the houses quality, they continued to book the second batch from us: 1081 sets flat packed container house, and these modular houses had been deliveried to our customer on time.

Standard flat packed container house structure

The flat packed container house consists of upper frame components, bottom frame components, column and several interchangeable wall plates,and there’re 24 sets 8.8 class M12 high-strength bolts connect the upper frame & columns, column&bottom frame to form an integral frame structure, ensures the stability of the structure.

The product can be used alone, or form a spacious space through different combinations of horizontal and vertical directions. The house structure adopts the cold-formed galvanized steel, the enclosure and thermal insulation materials are all non combustible materials, and the water, heating, electrical, decoration and supporting functions are all prefabricated in the factory. No secondary construction is required, and it can be checked in after on-site assembly.
